THE BGA 100
The BGA-100 allows high magnification viewing underneath BGA, QFN, QFP, Connector and other SMT packages. The handheld system is easy to carry through the factory or to different facilities. The BGA-100 allows 110x magnification for viewing the outer rows of the BGA packages.
High Performance
It includes a high performance 2M CMOS Camera with 1920 x 1080 resolution. The BGA-100 also offers an adjustable LED lighting and Software. The software features include measurement, text, labeling, markers, video recording and image download. The system is fully USB powered.
Scratch Resistant
We also provide optional thinner 1 mm and 0.5 mm scratch resistant prisms for inspecting tighter areas between components.
A Preinstalled 2mm Thick Prism
The standard model includes a preinstalled 2 mm thick prism.
We also offer optional thinner 1 mm and 0.5 mm prisms for tighter areas.
